Meth Ring Shut Down

The San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office has shut down a methamphetamine ring after a three-month investigation.
The ring operated in the north part of San Luis Obispo County.

The investigation resulted in the arrest of nine while investigators are still searching for more suspects. They have issued warrants for four more suspects.

Members of the Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit who were assisted with the Sheriff’s K9 Unit, Drug Enforcement Administration, San Luis Obispo Police Department, County Probation Department, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, CHP and Homeland Security Investigations.

Investigators served search warrants at nine locations in both San Luis Obispo and San Bernardino Counties.
Approximately two pounds of methamphetamine were seized during the investigation with an estimated street value of more than $12,000.

Two handguns and ammunition were also confiscated.

Investigators believe this operation has ties to Mexican drug cartels.

Deputies arrested Jesus Manuel Flores Ayala, 37, of Paso Robles for conspiracy to commit a crime, transportation drugs for sale from one county to another non-contiguous county and possession of a firearm by a felon; Clarice Christensen, 59, of Paso Robles for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale; Harold Johnson, 59, of Paso Robles for conspiracy to commit a crime and transportation and possession of a controlled substance for sale; Ismael Garcia Cruz, 22, of Paso Robles for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale; Hugo Ubaldo, 27, of Paso Robles for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale; Angelica Solorio Lopez, 42, of Paso Robles for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale; Wendy Millan, 28, of San Miguel for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale; Lisa Becerra, 44, of Atascadero for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale; and Kevin Snyder, 30, of Atascadero for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.

Warrants were issued for Francisco Simon Wbaldo, 30,  for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale; Detra Nash, 53,  for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance and for sale and possession of drugs while armed; Kansas Anderson Dorsey, 26, for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale and Froilan Flores Gonzalez, 44, for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
