SAN RAFAEL – According to a press release issued March 31st, 2016, by the San Rafael Police Department (SRPD), officers had been dispatched to the Peacock Gap area of the city shortly before 12:30 pm. An employee of a residence in the 200 block of Riviera Drive arrived at the home to find that it had been ransacked.

The residents arrived at the home to meet with Officers and noted that computers, including a tablet, jewelry, and an undisclosed amount of money had been taken. A victim was able to use the “Find my iPad” feature to track the location of the stolen iPad.
