SAN JOSE — On Monday, March 7th, San Jose police officers responded to the area of S. 3rd & Martha on reports of a stabbing. Once on scene, they discovered a suspect who had stabbed two victims in front of a house.

45-year-old Byron Rosas was still there, armed with the knife. After refusing to comply with orders to drop it, he approached officers and was subsequently shot dead.
