“Royal Aces” Arrests Net Cache of Ammunition and Narcotics

TEMECULA- Following the four-month-long investigation of a July multiple-victim assault, authorities served six warrants, leading to the arrest of ten individuals.

On Saturday, July 18, patrons at an eatery on the 41800 block of Moreno Road in the city of Temecula broke into a fight which caused moderate to severe injuries to multiple victims, as well as causing damage to the establishment. The altercation was captured on video surveillance, and the investigation was turned over to the Murrieta-Temecula Regional Gang Task Force.

The task force ultimately identified ten suspects they believed to be responsible for the incident, all of whom are members and/or associates of a motorcycle club identified as the “Royal Aces.”

On Thursday, November 19 at 7:00 am, members from the Riverside County Regional Gang Task Force and the Riverside County Probation and Compliance Team served search warrants at six locations in the cities of Murrieta and Fallbrook.  During the searches, nine suspects believed to have been part of the assault were arrested for their involvement. A tenth subject was also arrested for an unrelated narcotics violation.

According to a release from the Riverside Sheriff’s Department, a quantity of narcotics, an assault weapon, several rounds of illegal ammunition, several high capacity ammunition magazines, and drug paraphernalia were located and collected as evidence from the various locations where the search warrants were served.

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Southwest Detention Center for conspiracy, assault with a deadly weapon and felony vandalism:

  1. James Anthony Jones (40 year-old resident of Winchester)riverside royal aces
  2. Damien Roshon Mitchell (36 year-old resident of Murrieta)
  3. Robert S. Alvarez (26 year-old resident of Murrieta)
  4. Shaquille L. Wilson (22 year-old resident of Murrieta)
  5. Lamor Ferguson (23 year-old resident of Murrieta)
  6. Curtis Ikaika Duke (26 year-old resident of Oceanside)
  7. Maurice A. Henry (22 year-old resident of Murrieta)
  8. Diangelo Brockington (23 year-old resident of Murrieta)
  9. Juan Reyes Carranza (27 year-old resident of Fallbrook)

Jessica Villalpando, a 22-year-old resident of Murrieta, was arrested and booked for possession of narcotics for sales.
