Home invasion robbery suspects willing to use deadly force to get what they want

SAN JOSE – The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the home invasion suspects shown in the photos and this YouTube video.

According to Press Information Sergeant Enrique Garcia, “On Thursday, October 22, 2015, at 11:40 a.m., San Jose Police Officers responded to a person shot in the 300 block of Greenpark Way in San Jose.” When SJPD Officers arrived they discovered that the homeowner, an adult male, had been shot by one of three home invasion suspects when he tried to stop them from leaving with items taken from the residence. The suspects fled the scene in a blue 4-door Honda Accord . Garcia said, “The victim was treated at a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.”

Follow-up investigation revealed the man had arrived home to find the suspects burglarizing his residence. The victim got in a physical confrontation with the suspects. One of the three intruders shot the victim, and all three fled in the Honda. Detectives have determined these suspects are associated to multiple residential burglaries.

Suspect #1 is described as an Hispanic male, 17-20 years-old, 5′-8″ to 6′-0″ tall, wearing black thick rimmed prescription glasses, a black shirt and black pants. He has scratches on his lips, and walks with a limp.

Suspect #2 is described as an Hispanic male, early 20s, heavyset, 5′-11″ tall, 200+ lbs., wearing a black shirt and bluejeans. His left calf is sleeved with tattoos.

Suspect #3 is described as a Hispanic male adult, slim build, who was wearing a white T-shirt.
