According to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, Marroquin’s arrest stems from a six-day investigation that was initiated back on April 19 when deputies, investigating a report of an out-of-control juvenile in the Ford City area, learned that Marroquin had been selling drugs to a minor.

During the course of their investigation, deputies said the learned that Marroquin sold marijuana and Xanax to a 13-year-old female at least five separate times over a 30-day period.

He was located and arrested at around 6:30 p.m. on April 25.
