Burglar Smashes and Grabs ATM

Paso Robles Police are looking for a suspect who stole an ATM machine from a local business last Friday.

According to police, they received a report of a burglary around 7:03 a.m. at the Sky Nails and Spa on the 2300 block of Theatre Drive. Police say an unknown suspect broke out of the glass front door to the business with an unknown object.

The suspect entered the business and took a ATM containing an undisclosed amount of cash. According to PRPD, the crime occurred at approximately 6:14 that morning

The suspect is believed to be an Hispanic male adult, 20s to 30s, standing 5’-10” to 6’-2” tall and weighing approximately 230-240 pounds. Hehas dark facial hair, either a mustache or goatee and was last seen wearing a light-colored sweatshirt, a light-colored beanie and dark-colored pants.

The suspect was also wearing gloves and protective shoe coverings. His vehicle appears to be light-colored four-door sedan. At approximately 10:00 that morning, a citizen reported finding an ATM and tools abandoned in a field in the 3600 block of Neal Springs Road east of the city. It was the stolen machine.
