MORENO VALLEY – A Moreno Valley man was arrested on Monday after his third robbery at the same business.

A store in the 1600 block of Perris Blvd was robbed by an unknown suspect on June 30, 2014. According to employees, the suspect did a grab and run, snatching goods off the store shelves and bolting out the door without paying.  At the time, police were unable to identify or find a suspect in the crime.

A week later, an employee reported that the same suspect entered the business and made threats, demanding store items. The employee gave in to the demands, wanting to keep everyone in the store safe. Again, the suspect escaped and police were unable to locate him.

On Monday, the suspected reportedly returned once more to the Moreno Valley business. The victim recognized the suspect as the serial robber.  Again, the robber threatened the employee and demanded store items. The employee complied without confrontation and called the police.

While attempting to flee the area, the suspect was apprehended by Moreno Valley Police officers. Sable Foster, 18 years old from Moreno Valley was arrested for two counts of robbery and burglary.
