Clumsy Burglar Arrested After Beer Theft

SACRAMENTO- Sacramento Police arrested a clumsy burglar on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at approximately 12:30 am after he stole beer from a business in the 5500 block of Mack Road.

Police say Jose Dominguez, 24, broke into the closed and locked store after hours. He stole beer but fell and injured himself inside the business before running away. A call for medical aid was placed a short time later nearby.

The officer that responded noticed the injured man was the suspect in the earlier burglary. Dominguez was taken to the hospital. He was later arrested and booked into Sacramento County Jail for burglary.
