Midnight Arrest of Contractor Prompts Mounting Costs

INGLEWOOD, CA—The costs for visiting Southern California could break the bank for a recently arrested contractor’s visit.

Ronald Eric Bolden, Jr., 32, was picked up by Inglewood Police on Sunday, April 20 at approximately 1:15 a.m. along the 3300 block of West 83rd street in Inglewood, California. The Visalia, California resident was stopped for a number of violations including willfully inflicting corporal injury, resisting/delaying or obstructing an officer, smuggling Controlled Substance into a prison, camp, or jail and possession of a controlled substance.

Bolden was also alleged to have prior outstanding warrants from three California agencies. A failure to appear was issued by Tulare County Marshal, a driving while license was suspended was issued by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and a second driving while license was suspended was issued Gardena Police Department.

The total bail for Bolden was set at $196,000 among the four agencies.

It is unknown if Bolden is able to build a case against the warrants and arrest.
