Roseville PD officers reportedly searched the surrounding area and, with the help of citizen witnesses, spotted the suspect entering Saugstad Park. The suspect — who was reportedly holding a bag of stolen drugs — ran and dove into Dry Creek, but then reportedly swam back to shore and surrendered to officers.
