The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested 38 individuals — including two minors — during an undercover prostitution sting, according to an official press release.
The sting reportedly took place on Wednesday, January 29, and included officers from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s North and Central Problem Oriented Policing teams, North Patrol, Work Release and Rancho Cordova Police Department, along with Sacramento County Probation. Deputies reportedly arrested 11 women, 16 men and 2 minors for prostitution or prostitution-related charges, and an additional 9 suspects were arrested for other criminal charges and outstanding warrants.
