Probationer Arrested for Alleged Possession of $21K Worth of Meth

Fountain Valley police arrested a man on probation last week after officers allegedly found him in possession of more than $21,500 worth of methamphetamine, officials reported.

On Wednesday, Jan. 8 just before 11 p.m., police approached Dustin Bryant, 28 – who was on probation for a narcotics related conviction- as he was sitting in a parked car near the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Heil Avenue. Police said a search of Bryant and his car turned up 117 grams of methamphetamine. After searching Bryant’s home, police found an additional 152 grams of methamphetamine, worth an approximate street value of $21,500.
