VALLEJO – Two men filled a backpack with counterfeit bills and had a field day at the 6 Flags park before they were finally caught, according to police.

Two Oakland men were discovered to be using multiple counterfeit $100 bills at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom theme park in Vallejo.

Teddy Peabo Robinson, 34, and Carmen Khalil, 23, allegedly made over 10 purchases at the park on Saturday before security caught wind. After confirming the bills were fakes, security officers detained the men until Vallejo police arrived.

Police reportedly found over 20 additional counterfeit $100 bills in the suspects’ possession. They were booked on charges of counterfeiting and conspiracy.
