Alameda Man Suspected of Stalking Neighbors After Homeowners Association Dispute
An Alameda man suspected of repeatedly vandalizing a neighbor couple’s vehicle after a homeowners’ association dispute has been arrested on suspicion of felony stalking, according to the Alameda Police Department.
Dimitriy Lizin, 30, was taken into custody Tuesday evening after surveillance video footage showed him tampering with the wheels of the victims’ parked vehicle on several occasions, according to the APD log.
