The San Diego Regional Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing felon with a history of violence and weapons possession. The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department says Edward Hernandez Lozano is considered armed and dangerous. There is an award of up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest.
Lozano, 23, is wanted on three felony warrants. He is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, attempted robbery, and weapons possession. He is also facing a domestic violence charge.
