Petaluma Police say they know who shot a Rohnert Park 20-year-old in the back last month in a Petaluma parking lot, and they say the shooting happened during a drug deal.
Around 5 p.m. on Nov. 14, a Rohnert Park man was shot at the Orchard Plaza Shopping Center, 5300 Old Redwood Highway.
