Public’s Help Needed to Find High School Lewd Conduct Suspect

Newport Beach police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who was allegedly seen masturbating last month at Corona del Mar High School.

Joshua Joseph Koon, 38, has been identified as the suspect in the lewd conduct case which was reported on Friday, Oct. 25 just before 3 p.m. at the high school, police reported Friday. A witness allegedly saw Koon in what appeared to be “lewd conduct” near the tennis courts on campus. Koon was allegedly facing a group of female students at the time, police said.
