Paul McCartney sings that when someone is knocking at the door, let ’em in.

McCartney doesn’t live in Lake Forest.

According to the blotter of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, a local resident has issues with a man who lives upstairs who loves to knock on the door.

Apparently, he is a habitual knocker, and the man downstairs called police services to report that he had incurred the wrath of the knock-happy neighbor.
