Man Charged with Masturbating in Front of Girlfriend’s Home

A 34-year-old Santa Ana man was charged Tuesday with masturbating in front of his girlfriend’s home in Fountain Valley.
David Carlos pleaded not guilty in an Orange County Court in Westminster to one charge of indecent exposure, according to court records.
On Sunday at 10:28 am, Fountain Valley Police Department officers responded to a call of a man sleeping near a public pool located at 10824 Los Jardines East, Fountain Valley. The caller said the man allegedly had his genitalia exposed.
