Paso Roble Department Scores another Drug Bust

The Paso Robles Police has arrested a man for possession of heroin for sale on Saturday.

Willie Lujan

According the Paso Robles Police Department, members of the department’s Special Enforcement Team (SET) observed Guillermo “Willie” Lujan, 29, walking along the 1700 block of Riverside Avenue and conducted a probation compliance check at approximately 8:00 p.m.

Detectives discovered approximately 10 ccs of liquid heroin and around $500 in cash. They also seized two cell phones containing suspected drug “pay-owe” records.

Lujan was later booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail for Violation of Probation, Felony Possession of Narcotics for Sale, and misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. It is unknown what Lujan was on probation for, or if this was his first drug charge.

Also, it has not been disclosed if this arrest was a part of a sting operation or if officers happened upon Lujan and contacted the SET.
