Laguna Beach Police Arrest Woman Driving Stolen Car

At 11:30 am, officers spotted a stolen 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser driving through downtown. They followed the vehicle to a less populated area and made a traffic stop on Laguna Canyon Road near the 73 toll road. The female driver complied with the officers instructions and was taken into custody for auto theft.

Officers quickly recognized the driver as being Michele Lynn Frazier.
