Napa Man Arrested for Allegedly Threatening Neighbor

Police responded to a report of an argument between two neighbors, one of them armed with a knife, in the 50 block of Westwood Avenue in Napa
around 1:50 p.m.

Responding officers saw 29-year-old John Stanley Sbrega III leave a residence on Westwood Avenue and yell toward his neighbor’s residence, police said.
