Arson Suspect Arrested After Molotov Cocktail Incident

A 25-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly throwing a Molotov cocktail at a car on 7th Street, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Bomb/Arson Unit.

Manuel David Oceguera was arrested May 2 on charges of arson of property and the use of an incendiary device and held on $350,000 bail, according to the sheriff’s department.
