Police Say Mom Left 4-Month Old Daughter Alone In A Car While She Shopped
San Leandro police arrested Robin Chan of Oakland Wednesday after finding her child left alone in a parked car while she shopped at Marina Square.
“This was particularly alarming because the temperature was approaching 80 degrees outside,” police said in a statement released Thursday.
