Zubin Bogandoff

A neighbor attempted to intervene and was also assaulted by Zubin Bogandoff, 31, of Rocklin.  In addition, Bogandoff attempted to run over another witness as he fled the scene in his vehicle.

The phone calls and descriptions provided by numerous witnesses led to Bogandoff’s swift arrest.  He was booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm), burglary, felony elder abuse with injury and battery.

The unidentified victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
