Vallejo Man Identified as Shooting Victim

Police, today, have identified and released the name of  a man shot to death outside a bar as Patrick Miranda of Vallejo.

1700 Rogers Avenue

According to the Daily Republic, officers responded at about 2 a.m. to a call of gunshots at a bar in an industrial complex on the 1700 block of Rogers Avenue. Officers arrived to find Miranda, 29, suffering from at least one gunshot wound, police spokesman Officer Albert Morales said.

Police are still investigating the motive of the shooting death of Miranda. Police have reported that the suspect or suspects fled the scene of the incident and still remain at large. They do not believe the shooting was gang related, according to the Vallejo Times Herald.
