Citrus Heights PD Makes 7 Arrests in One Night

Although Citrus Heights Police Department officers did not get the person they wanted, they can still call it a successful night with seven arrests made in one swoop.

It was like one stop shopping for Citrus Heights PD when they arrested 6 at a home in this Sawgrass Circle neighborhood

On Monday, September 3, at approximately 10pm, Citrus Heights Police Department officers reportedly made contact with a resident in the 7900 block of Sawgrass Circle as they were attempting to locate a wanted subject who frequented the address, according to an official police department press release. The subject was suspected of committing property crimes in the area.

Although the wanted person was not at the residence, officers contacted mutiple subjects in the house, some of whom were reportedly on parole and/or probation. Seven subjects were reportedly arrested for various charges, including parole violations, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools, and warrants.

The suspects arrested include:

  • Anthony Avita (10/12/77)
  • Andrew Boyd (4/4/87)
  • Andrew Dietz (8/17/84)
  • Christy Martin (8/14/82)
  • Kristie Sloan (2/20/74)
  • A 17-year-old juvenile was booked in Juvenile Hall for a no bail warrant.

All the adult subjects were booked at Sacramento County Jail.

Additionally, the original wanted subject, Rochelle Romani, 32, was reportedly located at a residence in the 9400 block of Dalton in Orangevale and was arrested there.
