Paso man busted on drug charges

Deputies from the San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Department with assistance from Paso Robles Police officers conducted a drug bust last week at a home in the 500 block of Ferro Lane in Paso Robles.

According to the sheriff’s department, they received information regarding a subject with a felony warrant for possession of narcotics for sale. Detectives found the suspect, Kyle Richard Albury, 26, of Paso Robles inside the garage of the home.

Deputies said they found more than $3,000 and various amounts of narcotics including heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, hashish and drug paraphernalia.

Investigators say because numerous different drugs, quantities of drugs, packaging materials and large amounts of cash were discovered in the raid, Albury will be facing additional charges of possessing narcotics for sale.

Albury was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail for his felony warrant as well as new charges of possession of narcotics for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Albury’s bail is set at $75,000.
