Three Napa men arrested in Vallejo on drug-related charges

Vallejo police arrest three Napa men who were allegedly selling drugs at a motel located on Mariposa Street.

According to the Vallejo Times Herald, police saw three men inside a car in the parking lot at the Relax Inn at 4 Mariposa Street at about 1:40 a.m. Police determined that the car was trespassing in the motel parking lot, information police say was confirmed by a Relax Inn employee.

Police approached the car and immediately smelled a strong odor of marijuana. Police determined that one of the men was on probation with an active search clause and searched the vehicle, finding a “large amount” of marijuana and “large quantity” of cocaine spilled on the vehicle floor, according to the Vallejo Times Herald.

The men, Flavio Castellanos, 25, David Martinez, 21 and Frolyan Troche, 21, were arrested and booked on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale, possessing cocaine and transporting narcotics.
