Sacramento man arrested for Milpitas burglary

A Sacramento man was arrested earlier this month when Milpitas police caught him allegedly burglarizing a commercial business.

According to Milpitas police, officers responded to a burglar alarm at Milpitas Smile Design at 414 S. Main Street at about 4 a.m. on December 10. Upon arrival, officers spotted a broken glass door.

The officers entered the business and came upon Anthony Todd Daniels, a 31-year-old Sacramento resident, inside the building.

Authorities say Daniels was arrested without incident and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on charges of commercial burglary and vandalism.

Milpitas police encourage the public to immediately call 911 to report suspicious activities or crimes in progress.
