2 Napa Men, 1 Teen Arrested on Suspicion of Carrying Sticks as Weapons
Two Napa men and a 17-year-old boy were arrested after police said they were carrying sticks as weapons in an incident involving a group of young men in the vicinity of the 2900 block of Jefferson Street in Napa.
Samuel Alberto Gonzalez, 18, and Jaime Francisco, 22, and the 17-year-old male juvenile were taken into custody late Sunday.
